Disclaimer
I can’t guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.

I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc. I am also sent products by many of the top magazines to judge for awards.

I do not accept payment and am not sponsored to make any of the films on this channel. Some of the links under the videos and blog posts on my site are affiliated however and as stated before, I only feature products I like, or want to try.

  1. My problem isn’t concealing the redness of the spot, but rather the scabs or dryness around it. Even if I add light product and blend it out, it’s still evident because of the texture of the skin. I can’t just exfoliate that away because they’re still healing.

  2. I love this video and the point that you can mainly just cover the areas with the spots. My question would be this: My face is considerably lighter than the rest of my body, how do I apply the same ideas in this video to my face, but also make it match the rest of me?

  3. Lisa's blending ability is unreal. This is great. Wish I could have seen this tutorial back in 2012 when I was 22 and my skin had produced the worst acne of my entire life with the whole year. Some how I missed this video back then even though it was around.

  4. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lisa for this tutorial. I've been using it since I was 14 and it has saved my life! Ok maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it has helped me a lot. I have the same kind of skin as Madeline and this routine is perfect for me. I swear by it!
