  1. I really struggle with doing my own acrylic nails. I used your gel polish and corn starch technique to build a short nail over a tip. It adds a little length to my short nail but adds a lot of strength. My nails are very thin and damaged and so any natural length immediate breaks once it's past the nail bed. I applied a thick layer of gel polish and gel top coat afterwards and they have lasted over a week now. Thanks for showing me this technique. I would love to get my nails done professionally but right now I'm a student and this can be very costly so this has worked as a good alternative to extend my nail length a little until they can grow out naturally.

    Love your videos ❤️❤️❤️

  2. I have done cornstarch nails and never had a problem with it except for the first time I tried. I don't use acrylic any more. I use regular nail polish with corn starch. Mine always last two weeks.

  3. I built a cornstarch nail and it is lasting longer then I thought. The nail is pretty strong to my surprise and I don't have to smell the chemicals of the acrylic. So far it's a keeper. Of course my nails are not as long as yours and I there is no point, just a bit square.

  4. I tried these and they are just as good as regular acrylic I feel like some nail technicians are lying just so they won't show that this cornstarch theory actually works and that way their job looks like it can only be done by them in a certain way.
