Last year I was going through some crazy hair loss, and I’ve finally found the root (pun intended) of my problems! I wasn’t taking care of my scalp. So I, with 100% Pure, developed a hair care routine for the healing process:

Do you guys have any personal tips on hair shedding and the regrowth process?
where did you find a single clear drawer that is the perfect height for nail polishes? dying for something like this in my bathroom!
If you're experiencing hair loss these small changes may help:
Get a satin or silk pillow case. Cotton is the enemy of hair moisture.
Try using a lotion heat protectant before you blow-dry and flat iron.
Separate your hair into sections when you comb it out and spray a light mixture of conditioner and water on your hair when you do. Also starting from the ends and working your way up helps to get tangles out easier without compromising your hair.
Sincerely a curly haired girl
Your hair loses 150-200 strands each day, naturally (this amount is different depending on the individual but a good base amount). So if you comb your hair everyday then you should expect to see that much hair loss (shedding). If you comb your hair every other day or hardly ever, then you should expect to see more hair loss. Hair loss is natural. The amount of hair loss shown in this video looks like the natural amount of hair loss to me. So you are fine! If it is still something you are not happy with, I would suggest letting more days pass between hair washes and combing your hair with combs that have more space in between the teeth.
my mom always said that sleeping with wet hair makes it rotten! tbh sometimes i go to sleep with him wet because i wake up with waves like you had and they look so dreamy lol but the scalp looks… not dirty but not clean you know?
i have a little bit of hair loss, it gets worse when the seasons change i think
i also stopped brushing my hair a few years ago and i have a lot of more volume now, for the knots just use the fingers and its fine
you are fine and beatiful i am doing a calendar would like you to be in it please send me your email so we can talk details ty
definitely am gonna try some of these products! i use to wash my hair at night but nowadays i wash it every morning because im scared of my scalp smelling bad but due to the excessive washing it's gotta super dry rip
I have silver/grey hair so my hair has been through a lot over the past two years. I would really recommend sleeping with your hair in a braid (I started doing that a few months ago and I've noticed that I haven't had as many split ends)! I've also stopped brushing/combing my hair when it's wet and it has really helped with split ends and hair loss !!
Missed you SO MUCH!
Hi Rachel, love your vids!! Can you make a video on the supplements you take including things you've taken to minimize hair loss?
Gorgeous as always!!! ☺️✨
I actually added taking Carlsons Elite Omega Fish Oil Supplements every day which seemed to help. Biotin gave me cystic acne. xoxo
TRY THE WET BRUSH
This video reminds me a little of claire, in a good way
Hi Rachel. Where is ur shower curtain from?
Throw out that hair dryer and iron! Your nature curls are amazing!
Great video Rachel, as usual! I love your polka dot dress where is it from? And is the shampoo and conditioner featured in your kit safe for colored treated hair? 🙂
I honestly really like your natural ringlets! They suit you so well. If you do want the looser curl, though, and per someone else's comment about sleeping with wet hair=split ends, perhaps you could try braiding your hair at night? Just one to the back should do. I figure that would give you your desired curl and minimize heat usage, while also minimizing the possibility of split ends since your hair isn't being rolled over during the night. Just a thought! Love the vids as always. P.S. when are you and jenny going to do a roadtrip and press on nails again? By far one of my fave moments of yours x
I love your natural hair! Wish i got dat asian curly hair gene
I’m really anemic and my hair sheds a lot so I’ve been upping my iron intake by getting infusions and the fallout has almost completely stopped!
your natural waves look beautiful enough!
I miss your videos!! I will watch literally anything. Hope to see more content from you❤ I miss your vlogs
You look gorgeous!!!! Can you tell me where you get that red pokda dress please, thanks a lot!
So relaxing ! I love that red polka dot dress, it looks so good on you. Your hair is beautiful.
i use coconut oil and massage it in my scalp for 5 min before jumping in the shower. i used to do it everyday after getting a horrible haircut and it helped my hair grow back thick and long fast. it helps to flip your head upside down and massage it! i have pretty thin hair so i never brush my hair when its wet. i know people say not to, but i wash my hair everyday because it gets greasy super quickly. if i skip a day of not washing my hair, larger clumps of hair tend to fall out.
I HAVE FUCKIN MISSED YOU
Umm I reallyyyy like your wakeup hair and natural ringlets they're so nice!
I used to have waist length hair then cut it to a pixie and I maintained it that way for about 4 years before growing it out to shoulder length. Is it just me or has anyone else ever experienced a lot more shedding in the process of growing out their hair like I have? I used to think it just felt like a lot of hair was coming out because the strands were longer but it's actually the amount of strands falling that has increased. When my hair was short, I could part it and hardly see my scalp but now I notice a lot more of the white of my scalp. I mostly use Calia Natural products and it had helped a lot with the shedding but recently it hasn't been working as well as it used. I'm thinking of just cutting my hair off again back to a pixie since that always stopped the shedding. I guess I have pretty weak roots that can't handle the weight of my hair. Idk.
love your natural hair texture. So pretty!
OMG OMGOMG YOURE BACK!!!!!
Wow i love your natural hair!!!
congrats on your kit! 100% pure is so great
Have you tried biotin for less hair fall?
You're soooo lovely Rachel!!!
