Back in March when we were all looking a bit grey and winter worn I was busy looking through all the upcoming summer collections for the best bronzers to use for my bronzing story for UK Glamour magazine. There isn't one bronzer to suit all. The shade of bronzing products that will work best for you is dependent on your skin tone and type.

I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc. I am also sent products by many of the top magazines to judge for awards.

😀 2018 and still valid information . Lisa4ever
I love Liza's ring. It's a lip, so cute!!!
Did not expect that hair…LOVED IT!
Hehehe Stella has changed sooo much
Whoa… this is insanely good!
The girl at 0:54 is very pretty! She reminds me of Brooke Shields.
I want to add something to this, since I didn't find my skintone in this vid…if you have pale olive skin with dark hair and dark eyes, stay away from yellow-browns, they'll make you muddy and sallow. Always go for bronzers that are neutral and peach based or have a little red/pink in them. I'm NC15-NC20 (Kim Kardashian's color when she has no tan), and my favorites are: Too Faced Milk Chocolate (neutral peachy brown), and Guerlain Light Sheer Bronzer, both in 02 Natural Blondes and 04 Sun Blondes (they have pinky tones to neutralize the greenish sallowness in olive skin and make it look fresh and sunkissed instead).
More informative than all the other bronzer videos I've seen on YT combined. It's refreshing to see how she works with different skin tones and doesn't just go "you're darker, we'll just put a heavier/darker version on you" without individually analyzing what other things the model's skin could benefit from to achieve that look. The base or primer, the tones, and undertones in the bronzer, foundation, base, eye makeup- everything comes together so well. I think bronzer often looks pretty unlovely on very pale faces or very obvious, but she did well on the fair skin models. The darker models looked absolutely gorgeous and I think the tailored looks are great on each of them. I shouldn't be so surprised, she's a professional.
Stella Maxwell!!!
I have to rewatch this again and again because there is just a wealth of information in this video. Lisa, why are you so amazing.
The fact that she describes the first three looks as giving a different skintone "shade" sounds a bit too much like black/brownface…
Brilliant!
Absolutely enjoyed this video ❤️
So beautiful !
Very nice
I love this video so much. For some reason, it's like a beauty version of something on national geographic — the voice over, the editing, the way it makes you feel like you're getting a makeup lesson while watching an expert do her thing. Lisa Eldridge, you are quite a singular creative individual.
This is why you're the absolute best MUA out there, love it !
This is such a cool video!
Ive watched this so many times i love it.
The models are all gorgeous
I'm dark and I like using matte, non-shimmery bronzer on my face and to me the best and longest lasting bronzer is Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Deep.
Great reference video!!
Am buying them
Omgggggggggggg this is the best video
I love the first model's huge curly hair it looks so retro 70s or 80s and different!
If you have dark skin, try Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Deep, especially as it's dark, matte and non-shimmery. Or use Cover Girl Queen Collection bronzers.
I use bronzer all year round so I thought I'd go back to this video for some inspiration. I've never had makeup done by a makeup artisit but I'd trade all of my opportunities for one session lik that.
I'm speechless…Ansolutely stunning on all the models. fit into the olive skintone model. Now that were into fall I wish I'd seen this earlier. I'd give anything to have you do my makeup Lisa. xoxo Kat
I wish I can be ur model
My chubby cousin managed to make the most incredible stripper there is in my town fall for him because he ran the Cupid Love System (search in Google). It’s bad but I wish I’d been joyful for him but I want such a sexy young lady to fall for me. I am seriously green with envy. Does that mean I’m a bad human being?
my skin is as fair as Stella, but I have natural dark brown/black hair and brown eyes. any recommendations?
Loved the third model. Gorgeous!
I LOVE how you use bronzer on the eyes for definition, it's ingenious and I'm so going to try this!
The first two models are amazingly stunning!!
Please do more videos like this, Lisa!!! You're such an inspiration x
annabelle reminds me of a young olivia newton john.
I LOVED this Lisa, but women with rich deep skin tones were left out here.
Love watching your videos!! Your amazing Lisa!!! Your videos are teaching me so much!
the variety of skin tones was so helpful! especially the pale one for me personally..it's so difficult to pull off pale skin in the summertime!
no excuse for oompa loompa faces after watching this 😉 the first model has cuuute ears–a rare thing!
Lisa is a GENIUS.
beautiful work on all of them!
Love the 2nd look aghhhh <3
Wow. Never saw a pro at work. Amazing.
That was an absolute great video! Different, and yet so informative!
