I have damage in my hands so my doctor said to take up knitting or beading etcc.. the help heal and retrain my fingers by finding something I love that is fiddly…. thanks to this channel, I am now teaching myself… with major major guidance from this channel, how to design paint use tips etc etc…. nails – and I am terrible at it but I am loving it and my doctor says my fingers are getting better!

    One question…. what is the liquid you dip your brush into first before the powder please…
