I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.
I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc.

  1. Lisa pls do more of these videos on skin self care again and more often. Also slightly grey back ground is more easy on the eyes and kind of calming. If watching ot late hours whit estands out too shart .

  2. super even and flawless skin is the beauty standard in anglophone countries as well, it's just that, unlike in Korea where its achieved through skincare, it is achieved by using full coverage foundation

  3. Have you tried Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Supreme Matte Lipstick in PK376 Gangnam Pink? It's a beautiful colour. It's exclusive to Korea and a very popular colour over there. I picked it up in a duty-free shop when I was there.

  4. I watched both the Japanese and Korean tutorials. They are amazing. You really decode the essence of the ideas in the countries. Asian girls tend to have smaller eye lids. So we need more subtle definition while it is not easy for us to hold very dramatic colors which could be too obvious and crazy looking. Most Western makeup artists tend to transform the western techniques to the Asian faces, big wings, smokey eyes. But that isn't really for us at least in daily life. Hope to see you do a tutorial for Asian daily look with an Asian model at the best. Love you video!

  5. Lisa I am always a fan of your makeup insights ans tutorial. Do korean or asian has different make up look for different season as well. I notice that Most erurope and america has this summer look, fall makeup look, srping make up look etc. What about korean or Japan ,can you do Japan or Korean winter / fall look ?

  6. Hi Lisa! Do you think you can make a tutorial with Missha products? It's just they opened a store in the city where I live recently, and it would've been nice to actually get the exact products you use in the tutorial:)) Thanks!

  7. As a Korean this is so interesting. I actually got surprised to see Lisa bought the same color of the Laneise cousion foundation cos I guess she has much brighter skin tone than I do(altho I've only seen her thru the mobile youtube app, not in person). I know there are only like 3 shades in EVERY foundations in Korea but… idk maybe I should check the tone again. Anyway it's amazing people are getting attracted to Korean products. Actually I'm getting into the US products these days! All the people are attracted to new things for them I guess
