  1. Try head and scalp 24/7 (total repair?) shampoo and conditioner. I get dandruff a lot no matter how much I scrub my scalp and this helped me a lot with that. It hydrated really great because it has omega 3s and coconut milk.

  2. Hey so since you have super dry hair and a dry scalp, try using a sulfate free shampoo. Head and shoulders is really drying, it contains laurel sulfate and laureth sulfate, both being extremely drying ingredients. Try something that has more moisture in it. It will strip your hair less and help with the dryness. Tresemme makes a good shampoo, and so does Loreal. Both are under $10 so it won't break the bank! Just a tip!

  3. omg you sound like u hav my hair exactly……… you need to try ogx conditioners and the hair oils it has changed my hair game now my hair is so soft silky even like tht glowy shiney healthy look also hair oil helps tangles sooooo much more then leave in conditioners
