I can’t guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.

I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc. I am also sent products by many of the top magazines to judge for awards.

I do not accept payment and am not sponsored to make any of the films on this channel. Some of the links under the videos and blog posts on my site are affiliated however and as stated before, I only feature products I like, or want to try.

  1. D a n g … This is awesome, simply amazing, a very powerful "no makeup" makeup look!!! I am late discovering this video (it's 12/15/18). I need to pick up a few things I do not have, this will surely be an "everyday" look for me, as I don't like a lot of makeup- but I will look a lot better than usual! I am a mature woman at 62, so it is even better for me than most! I am so excited to discover this unusual tutorial! You have made my holiday season!

  2. Hi, it would be nice to have alternative products next to the ones you use. E.g. if you say you use Make Up Forever Ultra HD, (which we don't have in the stores here) then it would be nice to have an alternative. Thanks for considering this.

  3. You are so great !! Thank you so much for this look ! IT is amazing ! Could you please teach us how to do our makeup if we wear glasses… What we should pay attention to, especially at work, when we wear glasses all the time in front of a computer… Thank you so much, again ! Love, Poppy.

  4. I like the calmness and relaxed pace of this video (although it is a bit long for a tutorial). YouTube is full of attention grabbing thumbnails, overly happy and hyper people that love their subscribers 'more then they will ever know'' and more stuff I don't believe is real.

  5. This tutorial is perfect.
My actual no makeup look: lip balm Everything – I use a glossy lipbalm. Works as lip gloss, as cheekbone and brow bone highlighter, as undereye hydrater, as eyebrow tamer, as clear mascara pressed up against the lashes for a few seconds. If you need color use a tinted lipbalm as blush plus lip color plus eyeshadow. Really looks great. Only downside is won't last long if you are outside, so you gotta reapply as needed.
Another easy thing to do if you really want coverage is to use one product only that's a good BB cream with SPF.
Also recommend trying refrigerated aloe gel as the one thing to put daily on your face overnight if you have acne-prone reddish uneven blotchy sensitive skin like mine.

  6. This is still my all time favourite tutorial of yours. I have learnt so much about how less is more and how to look good using the techniques you showed. Thanks so much. I bought the Perricone eyeshadow, blush and lipgloss after seeing this PLUS a magnifying mirror. Was worth every penny. I also use the Daniel Sandler Watercolour blush for something different if I want slightly different shades. Thanks again for sharing your expertise

  7. I also love this kinda make up very-very much, but for me , this kinda makeup is actually a more difficult for me than the usual make up , I tend to pile up more and more make up in the end 🙂 , I'm so pale, so not piling up my blush make me look a bit sick.

  8. Can anyone recommend a fee good, subtle highlighters? I used to have one without any shimmer/glitter in it at all, it just had a pearly sheen but since then I never found one again that doesn't have any visible shimmer or glitter particles in it.
