How often should you wash your hair?
Kim Kardashian always has amazing looking hair! All over her instagram she has pictures of herself with her hair looking pretty much perfect. A few years ago she revealed her hair care routine, and since then I’ve been wanting to try it out. Below I will copy her exact hair care routine for you guys to check out. This was hard for me because I wash my hair every other day, and Kim washes her every 5 days. “For my hair, I don’t wash it every day. We start out with a blowout on day one, then we go into a messier vibe the next day, and then we flat iron it and do a really sleek look on day three since that requires a little oil in the hair. Day four could be a slicked-back ponytail, and on the fifth day is when you wash it. That’s a little excessive, maybe. [Laughs]”

I like the video, however as per my personal experience , the exess of oil on your hair create problem for my hair , on week 2 I start loosing my hair like crazy. Do , to do this experiment once in few month it's probably OK , but it's not good for long run.
did you still shower but just not get your hair wet? what if she still rinsed it but didn't shampoo or anything? lol idk if I can go that long without washing my hair but you pulled it off!
I wash my hair twice a week..and even tho it does get greasy irather than have hair problems. I have friends that wash their hair constantly and are already loosing hair! 5 days it too much but 3-4 days isnt so bad.

My hair gets greasy super fast, I wash my hair everyday. I feel like my hair wouldn't work well for this, because I have blonde hair when its greasy it gets darker and is more obvious. I think you should definitely keep doing this though cause your hair looked so pretty in all of those styles and it is better for your hair to wash it less
